On Sunday the 1st side played Claremont CC in a t20 match. We batted first and put 137/9 on the board. Cody (29) and JR (25) were the main contributors with the bat. The bowlers got into the act and restricted Claremont to 97/10. Leon with 3/4 with Marcus and Morne 2 wickets each were the main destroyers. Result: Win by 40 runs.
Our combined side took on Van Der Stel CC at home. Van Der Stel batted first. Cheslin, Courtney and Jarred gave them no chance and restricted them to 89/10. Kyle (36*) and Courtney (35*) took control and ensured a victory by 7 wickets.
Our Juniors played an in-house game on the Saturday. It seems they enjoyed the previledge to play on the A Field.
